I love a new place, and the Low Brow satisfied my appetite tonight. First of all it served Guinness, a major plus, but it did suffer from having no pitchers. The crowd was a pleasure, plenty of girls and interesting people. You get the feeling that you want to come back and be a part of the community. In the evening only half of the establishment is used, but the unused half has undiscovered treasures. A stroll down the hall reveals a large unique booth with an ugly but fitting picture above. On 10th and Hoyt the Low Brow adds a flavor to a high priced neighborhood. Score: 7 1/2
